Sweet Rolls

Refrigerate the dough until use. If not using within 4-5 days then freeze.

What you need:
1. Baking Sheet.

1. Remove plastic container from the fridge and place in a warm part of the room or in a oven with a proofing setting for 1 to 1.5 hours.
2. When proved, preheat the oven to 325 for convection or 350 for non convection.
3. Remove the lid from the container and use the excess parchment and transfer the rolls onto your baking sheet.
4. The rolls need an egg wash (one egg whisked with one tablespoon of milk or water, brush on top of each roll). Top with flaky salt, sesame or poppy seed, dried herbs, or whatever else your heart desires.
5. Bake on a middle oven rack for 20-25 minutes rotating the pan halfway to ensure even browning.
