Puff Pastry

Storage:
Refrigerate the dough until use. If not using the dough within 4-5 days then freeze.

What you need:
1. One Puff Pastry Dough, let rest at room temperature before using.
2. Something to bake on: a baking sheet, a cast iron skillet, a pizza stone.
3. Toppings (Optional)

Steps:
1. Pick up the pastry dough gently from the container
2. Place the dough directly on your baking surface or use parchment in between
3. Add your favorite toppings (this can be done before or after baking!):
  We love them with fig jam, or honey and cheese with some chili flake.
3. Without toppings: bake at 400 for 15 min.
3a. With toppings: bake at 400 for 20 min.
