French Bread

Storage:
Refrigerate the dough until use. If not using within 4-5 days then freeze.

What you need:
1.  Something to bake on: a pizza stone, a baking sheet, a cast iron skillet or a dutch oven.
2.  A spritz bottle or a cake pan/muffin tin.
3.  French Bread dough.

Steps:
1. Preheat the oven to 480 degrees with the baking sheet and cake tin.
2. When oven reaches temperature, remove both.
3. Take the parchment paper with the dough by both sides and move it onto the baking sheet.
4. Make sure that the dough does not stick to the parchment. If it did, just gently detach it with your fingers.
5. Add 1/4cup of hot water to cake tin.
6. Put both back in the oven.
7. Bake for 18-22min or until golden and crunchy.
8. Remove and let cool for a few minutes.
