Cacio e Pepe Pizza

Here something fun to try!
Cacio e Pepe is a popular Roman recipe for Pasta containing Pecorino Romano, Parmigiano and ground black pepper.
In the recent years a lot of chefs around the world are having a blast adapting the recipe!
Here how you can achieve it at home with our Happy Little Pizza Box!

What you need:
- 1 x Pizza dough
- 1 x Pecorino / Parmigiano / pepper container from the box
- a little flour
- Fresh Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVO)
- 4-5 ice cubes (!!!)

1. Pick up the pizza dough gently from the container trying to maintain the round shape and WITHOUT re-working it. If sticky gently detach the sides from the container.
2. Place the dough on a clean flat surface such as a marble stone, counter top, cutting board or a table.
3. Dust the dough with a little flour and start spreading (not too thing in the center for this one) from the center with your fingertips until it reaches an approximate 12" size. Make sure that the outer edge or "cornicione" is thicker as it will prevent the melting water from the ice to escape. Make sure the bottom is generously floured.
4. Add 4 Ice Cubes evenly spaced in the center.

5. Transfer immediately to oven very very carefully.
6. When the crust is golden, nice and crunchy, remove slowly from oven and transfer to a cutting board.
7. The ice has melted creating a nice paste together with the gluten. Toss the cheese mixture and gently mix with a spoon.

8. Cut the pizza in slices and drizzle some EVO.
